Dimmick, Illinois is an unincorporated area located 4 miles (6.4 km) northeast of Peru, Illinois, in Dimmick Township in LaSalle County. Though on maps, it is located on N. 34th Road at the location of the former Dimmick Catholic Church, it is more commonly thought of as the area surrounding the Dimmick Grade School. In recent years, it has increased in population, with the construction of the small "Dimmick Fields" subdivision.
